Privacy statement

a). Any personal data relating to the Customer collected by the Supplier will be processed as set out in these Terms and Conditions
b). The data controller and nominated representative for the purpose of the Data Protection Act 1998 is Peter Stenner.
c). The Supplier may collect and process a record of all correspondence sent by the Customer and details of visits to the Supplierís website. All such personal data will be stored on the Supplierís secure server.
d). The Supplier can not guarantee the security of data transmitted to his website so that the transmission of any such data is at the risk of the Customer. The Supplier shall attempt to prevent unauthorised access to such data.
e). The Supplier may use information held about a Customer to enable him to carry out his obligations arising from any contracts entered into between him and the Customer or to notify the Customer about changes to his services
f). The Supplier may also disclose the Customerís personal information to third parties in the event that;
i). The Supplier sells or buys any business or assets, in which case the Supplier may disclose the Customerís personal data to the prospective seller or buyer of such business or assets, or
ii).A third party acquires assets of the Supplier which includes personal data held by the Supplier.
g). The Supplier is under a duty to disclose or share personal data in order to comply with any legal obligation, to enforce or apply the Supplierís terms of use and other agreements or to protect the rights or property of the Supplier. This includes exchanging information with other companies and organisations for the purposes of fraud protection and credit risk reduction.
h). The Customer has the right to ask the Supplier not to process personal data for marketing purposes. The Customer should contact the Supplier by e-mail, by fax or by letter if he or she wishes to exercise this right.
i). The Data Protection Act 1998 Act gives the Customer the right to access information held about him of her. That right can be exercised in accordance with the Act. Any such request may be subject to a fee of £10 to meet the Supplierís costs in providing details of such information.
j). Any future changes to the Supplierís privacy policy will be added to the Supplierís website and, where appropriate, notified by e-mail.
